Mission and Outreach

"Whatever you have done to the least of these, you have done unto Me." - Matthew 25:40
"You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love." - Galatians 5:13

Mission/Outreach Ministry Plan and Expected Goals

This committee supports MCEAP, To Our House, Montgomery County Baby Shop, Kits for Conference, Stuff the Bus school supplies drive, Montgomery County Christmas Store, Wrapping for a Reason wrapping booth, tutoring at CMS and perhaps a church wide gleaning project.  Our two large projects are hosting To Our House homeless men and sponsoring a summer mission trip.

Our goal as a church community is to reach outside ourselves and provide opportunities to help and support our community locally as well globally.  Through the work of this committee, the St. Paul community has become more aware of the needs of others outside our walls as well as avenues to provide the support needed to help meet these needs.

St. Paul Unitied Methodist Church is always looking for:

  • Unmet needs in the NRV
  • People who want to help others - even if you're not sure about church

Mission Philosophy

You don't have to be a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church or any church to make a powerful difference in someone's life.
